ReleaseFlow Terms of Service Effective date: 10 April 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ReleaseFlow website, platform, and related services. By accessing or using ReleaseFlow, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. 1. Use of the services ReleaseFlow may be used only for lawful business, music operations, publishing, marketing, rights administration, and related professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of others. 2. Accounts and access You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing user access within their teams and for promptly notifying ReleaseFlow of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents. 3. Customer content Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, and completeness of the content, metadata, audio, artwork, documents, and other materials uploaded or managed through ReleaseFlow. You represent that you have the rights and authority required to use and process such materials in connection with the services. 4. Service changes ReleaseFlow may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, workflows, or parts of the service from time to time. We may also update the public website, documentation, and operational methods as the platform evolves. 5. Fees and commercial terms Where services are provided under a commercial agreement, the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement will govern pricing, invoicing, payment terms, and any service-specific commitments. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or restriction of access where permitted by contract or law. 6. Intellectual property ReleaseFlow and its related branding, software, workflows, designs, and documentation remain the property of ReleaseFlow or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or underlying intellectual property to customers or users. 7. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal risk, breach of contract, or non-payment. We may also take reasonable steps to protect the platform, customers, and third parties where misuse or risk is identified. 8. Disclaimers and liability ReleaseFlow is provided on an as-available basis except where otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReleaseFlow disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. 9. Governing law These terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the ReleaseFlow contracting entity and the relevant customer agreement, unless otherwise required by law. 10.
