ReleaseFlow Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 April 2026
ReleaseFlow respects the privacy of artists, label teams, platform users, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and users of our services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account registration details, business contact information, profile details, support enquiries, release metadata, artwork, audio files, delivery files, operational notes, and other information submitted through the platform or public website. We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device data, IP address, page activity, and usage logs to help secure and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure ReleaseFlow, provide requested services, manage user accounts, store and process release assets and metadata, respond to support requests, improve product performance, communicate service updates, and meet legal, contractual, and compliance obligations.
3. Customer content and media assets
Customer-uploaded assets such as artwork, audio, and metadata are stored to support release operations and related workflows. These materials are processed on behalf of the relevant customer account and are not made public by default unless a customer intentionally uses a feature designed for public display or external delivery.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, or professional service providers that help us operate ReleaseFlow, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the platform.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the operational relationship with the customer account.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No platform can guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle.
7. Your choices and rights
Customers and users may contact us to request updates to account information, ask questions about data handling, or request assistance with privacy-related matters. Where applicable, users may also have rights under local law to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
8. Third-party services
ReleaseFlow may integrate with third-party services such as cloud infrastructure, communications providers, or platform APIs. Use of those services may also be subject to the privacy practices and terms of the relevant third party.
9. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date where appropriate.
